After years working in the NHS — from receptionist to practice manager — I experienced first hand the impact of stress, including its long-term effects on health and wellbeing.
In 2008, my life began to fall apart. Burnout, overwhelm, and running on empty left me feeling like I was holding it all together on the outside, while quietly falling apart on the inside.
That experience, and my personal journey of healing, inspired me to create a different way of living — one that prioritises emotional wellbeing and quality of life.
During my healing journey, I became more self-aware and discovered tools to release unwanted patterns. I decided to upskill myself so I could support others navigating similar challenges — especially emotionally exhausted women, often in healthcare or caring roles.
I now guide women through burnout recovery, work-life balance coaching, and transformational retreats, helping them reconnect with themselves and reclaim their energy.
My approach is heart-led, supportive, and empowering, combining TARC EFT, hypnotherapy, and nature-based experiences to help you rediscover who you are — beyond your roles and responsibilities.
