Live Happier: In Balance is a 6-week private life coaching experience for exhausted women—especially those in healthcare or caring roles—who give too much of themselves, and feel stuck in stress or burnout.

Designed with burnout recovery for women in mind, this program helps you shift from overwhelm to self-leadership, using compassionate, practical tools like the Wheel of Life, time management, belief work, and boundary setting.

With work life balance coaching and ongoing support, you’ll begin to feel calm, clear, and confident in your decisions again.
