Hello, I'm Jo!

An Emotional Wellbeing Coach with over 20 years of experience in health care — from receptionist to practice manager — I understand what it feels like to give everything and still feel like it’s not enough.

During my time in the NHS, I saw and felt the consequences of stress, how it can impact your life including your health.

After burning out myself, I took time to reflect and realised that most of my life, I have supported others to become the best version of themselves. I decided to increase my skills, so I could actually have more knowledge, so I could actually achieve my purpose. 

Since starting my coaching practice, I’ve continued to support women through transitions, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, and burnout. Together, we’ve worked on boundaries, confidence, emotional release, and building a life that feels aligned — not just busy.

I blend clinical hypnotherapy, TARC EFT tapping, and transformational coaching to help women evolve into the version of themselves that feels more peaceful, more present, and more powerful.

My work is about helping you feel like yourself again and get your life back, with more calm, energy and control.
